More than 600 student musicians and vocalists at Belmont University to perform in the beloved annual concert tradition, "Christmas at Belmont Live from Nashville."

Law school is known for being a time of incredible growth and incredible stress. Belmont's College of Law mitigates the stressful part of the experience through its peer mentorship program, which creates spaces for students to talk through their stressors and build a sense of community.

Hayley Newton, a senior faith and social justice major at Belmont, is leveraging her passion for art to address social inequalities and restore dignity to marginalized groups. As a staff member at Room In The Inn, Newton uses art to ethically share stories of those experiencing homelessness. Looking ahead, Newton hopes to bring theatre into incarcerated spaces to restore humanity and dignity to justice-impacted populations while fostering practical skills.

Alex Greve, a rising senior at Belmont University pursuing computer science, developed a passion for technology from a young age and is now focused on integrating advanced technology into education. Greve is currently interning with Brown Univeristy's computer vision & machine learning department to study how computers see and how they quantify humans interacting with the environment.

May 2024 Belmont University graduate Lydia Camp was recently awarded a Fulbright program grant to study in Spain at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Camp will study a combination of economic history, sociology and political science in a two-year Master of Social Sciences program.

At the 2024 American Advertising Federation's Nashville Awards, known as the ADDY awards, students from the Watkins College of Art once again demonstrated their exceptional talent and dedication to graphic design, with seven students taking home numerous awards in this year's local competition.In addition to their stack of gold and silver awards, Watkins students also claimed most of the Judges' Choice, the Rising Star and the Best of Showawards.

Belmont University's Thomas F. Cone Sr. Center for Entrepreneurship hosted its 2nd annual Buntin Pitch Competition, April 3. Nine students across multiple disciplines pitched their businesses to a panel of guest judges for the chance to win seed money to support their creative ventures.
